To enhance the infrastructure and accessibility of wetland habitats to the public, EMEC Land Management can design and construct boardwalks and pond dipping platforms. With experience in a variety of projects (see below) the team can build to suit your needs, be this to accommodate a small look-out or allow for wheelchair accessible pond dipping activities.

Examples

Skylark Path Dipping Platform Extension

In 2014/15 Skylarks Nature Reserve had extensive work carried out, enhancing the habitat and infrastructure installation. The site had an old wooden boardwalk and dipping platform which was replaced with a new recycled plastic platform. EMEC Land Management were contracted to extend the boardwalk into a T shape, to further enhance its acessibility for wheeelchair users.
